We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to supervise a team in our USAF Programs group located in Poway, CA.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide management and leadership direction for Contractor Logistics Support programs.Maintains technical and business integrity of the programs.Establish milestones and monitors adherence to program master plans and schedules and/or costs.Ensure the program objectives and the Company’s contract commitments are met.Act as primary customer contact to ensure satisfaction and manages the submittal of contract data items.Develop program control mechanisms to effectively measure expenditures, labor and other resources necessary to manage program budget.Estimate, order, track and provide status of repairs and materials.Direct all operations of the program within cost limitations and schedule, including staff, systems, procurements, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and administration.Responsible for accurately measuring progress of program; Identifies and corrects problems to avoid adverse effects to the program.Present briefings to organizational and group management as well as customer representatives on significant program issuesManage Engineering, Logistics, and Maintenance programs for USAF and other customers.
