You will be encouraged to earn certifications, gain more experience in a specific field, develop leadership skills and pursue any other career aspirations and potential other opportunities within Cleveland Clinic. **A caregiver in this position works from 8:00AM - 5:00PM.** **This is a remote position, must reside in NE Ohio** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities. + Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community. + Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines. + Allocate time to meet completion requirements. + Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. + Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures. + Interpret (KPIs) for payor contracts and population health. + Work with healthcare data to identify trends and monitor outcomes. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field + Five years of related experience in a healthcare setting OR a Master's Degree and four years of experience. + Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development + Knowledge of health IT systems like population health platforms + Familiarity with risk stratification, care coordination and value-based care models Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Master's Degree + **1.Certification in healthcare quality, compliance, or accreditation (e.g., CPHQ - Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, CHC - Certified in Healthcare Compliance)** **2.Direct experience with NCQA or other accreditation bodies related to population health, delegation, and quality.** Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
