Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in program or project management.
+ Experience with Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) software tools and databases (SimaPro, GaBi, Sphera, Open LCA, LCA for Experts, ecoinvent, etc.).
+ Experience working with electronics manufacturing, data center hardware equipment, or data center operations.
Preferred qualifications:
+ 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Experience working in electronics hardware design, manufacturing, data center environments, or supply chain.
+ Experience in implementing initiatives on carbon-aware design, circularity, or sustainable manufacturing and operations.
+ Experience with carbon accounting standards.
+ Ability to work with stakeholders from different time zones such as PST/CST and EMEA/APAC working hours as needed.

The Net Zero Data team provides carbon data used towards a net zero hardware supply chain. This includes using a life cycle framework to develop methodology and assessments to account for supplier baseline emissions, emissions projections, and supplier interventions.
In this role, you will help support other pillars of the Net Zero organization by collaborating with the Net Zero Tools team to provide guidance on solutions and with the Net Zero Supplier Engagement team to provide insights regarding areas of focus within the supply chain.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Build-out process-level life cycle models and inventories to account for environmental impacts of legacy equipment, new product introductions and future looking technologies.
+ Grow our repository of customized life cycle inventories through collaboration with in- and external stakeholders, including our suppliers, product design and manufacturing engineering.
+ Uncover environmental hotspots in our data center hardware's life cycle from production, deployment, maintenance, and circular system, parts and material reuse, to identify mitigation strategies.
+ Share progress updates with stakeholders, including multi-disciplinary, technical and non-technical audiences and work with other sustainability teams across Google on strategies, methods and joint programs to reach NetZero.
+ Lead joint industry initiatives on standardization of accounting methods, reporting, and accelerating the shift toward a low-carbon economy.
