Level 1:

Estimated annual base pay: $78,800 (minimum) - $98,500(midpoint) - $118,200 (maximum)

Level 2:

Estimated annual base pay: $100,800 (minimum) - $126,000(midpoint) - $151,200(maximum)

All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity

The Program Manager is accountable for the planning, directing, and execution of local and/or global projects. The Program Manager is responsible for managing projects and project team activities in the development and launch of new products or derivatives. Program Manager will direct and influence the project team to achieve project deliverables including contractual and business objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction and QDRC.

What you will be doing…

Coordinate/lead multiple complex projects

Participate in strategic planning/profit planning processes

Accountable for scope change management

Implement continuous improvement in product development process

Provide guidance to lower level program managers

Participate in new business development

Drive project and status communications

Manage project launch teams

Execute, monitor, and control project deliverables

Allocate resources and manage project team

What we are looking for…

Level 1:

Bachelor of Art/Sciences required

2-5 years’ experience in Program/Project Lifecycle (PLC) environment

Project Management experience

Level 2:

Master's degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) MBA or International equivalent preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Program management or technical field preferred required

2-5 years’ experience in Program/Project Lifecycle (PLC) environment

Project Management experience
