As a Spend Planning Program Manager, you will be responsible for the budgeting and forecasting of capital to support material supply planning for existing and new products, interpretation of the data center demand signal and translating it to a capital plan for critical long plan equipment and drive optimal funding decisions. You will work closely with Data Center Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Fulfillment, Commodity Management, Estimating, Data Center Project Controls and Contract Manufacturing teams to develop and oversee the execution of an accurate funding plan supporting procurement activities. In this role, you will use your skills to establish and drive metrics, drive process and system improvements to accomplish efficiency and scalability goals and influence our growing data center infrastructure supply chain. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$151,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Support the development and presentation of the quarterly spend approval process for all critical equipment. + Identify and quickly solve funding gaps and inefficiencies. Clearly document process solutions and requirements. Define and manage clear business metrics and goals. + Leverage Market Intelligence and Statistical inputs towards driving governance, continued, sustained improvements of inventory models and supply chain buffers. + Develop short and long-term capital forecast models to support material supply, minimize total costs and inventories while maintaining service levels, develop and justify funding and capital allocation strategies that optimize cost.
