Program Manager - Health Related Social Needs (HRSN)

Veterans Inc. is seeking a Program Manager who will be will be a key member of the Veterans Inc. team, focusing on the expansion of HRSN services. This new initiative will integrate additional support services like nutrition assistance and housing support for individuals who may not qualify for our existing CSP-HI program. The Program Manager will develop and implement business and operational protocols that align with the HRSN framework while ensuring the continuity of service excellence in the organization's broader initiatives. The Program Manager will be experienced in community engagement, data analysis, policy and procedure implementation, program expansion and reporting to the Executive Office of Health and Human Services.\n

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAT TO DAY:\n\nProvide leadership to ensure staff are trained and informed about HRSN service delivery, credentialing, compliance, quality control, billing and other administrative functions\nProvide supervision and management of designated staff. Responsible for timely performance reviews\nMonitor day-to-day delivery of HRSN services, ensuring that they meet quality standards and compliance requirements\nEnsure seamless integration of new HRSN services (such as nutrition assistance and housing support) with the current CSP-HI program and other services offered by Veterans Inc\nDocument and track key metrics related to the HRSN services, ensuring transparency and accountability\nCollaborate with other departments such as behavioral health, billing, and compliance to ensure that all areas of the organization are supporting the HRSN expansion appropriately.\nWork with external partners or vendors to manage any required resources or services necessary for the success of the program.\nAttends and participates in all meetings as required. Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.\n\n

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:\n\nBachelor's degree in Social Services, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).\nProven experience in program management, including developing and implementing operational protocols and procedures.\nStrong understanding of healthcare services, social determinants of health, and trauma-informed care.\nExperience in working with community engagement and feedback processes.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.\nKnowledge of behavioral health services and credentialing processes is highly desirable.\nExperience in working with veterans or military populations is a plus.\nAbility to engage effectively with diverse groups, including staff, community stakeholders, and funding agencies.\nMust be able to pass a CORI and background investigation.\nCompliance with Veterans Inc. COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. Religious and Medical Exemptions are considered.\n\n
