Job Description Interactive Government Holdings(IGH)is seeking qualified, trained and capable individual to serve as Program Manager for the Defense Health Agency Real Warriors Campaign. Coordinate with government leads, partner agencies, and stakeholders to execute, monitor, and evaluate the Real Warrior Campaign. Provide subject matter expertise as well as operational, planning and management support to all aspects of campaign functioning. Accomplish these support objectives by creating and disseminating campaign materials, supporting and executing campaign planning efforts, developing and implementing strategic communication and marketing plans, coordinating partnerships and managing stakeholder relationships, evaluating campaign activities and supporting outreach events. Supports the Real Warrior Campaign activities which include, but are not limited to: + Content Development + Materials Lifecycle Management + Outreach And Marketing Activities + Strategic Communications Planning + Partnership Management and Stakeholder Relationships + Evaluation + Performance Monitoring and Reporting The Program Manager will assist with recruiting and identifying highly quality candidates, train new hires, train incumbents on new systems, procedures and processes, collect data for reporting program progress and metrics for individuals and the program. The Program Manager provides daily supervision and management to the Real Warriors Team and is IGH's primary conduit for information flow to and from Team members and the COR for the contract. Accomplishes Human Resource (HR) objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees for the Defense Health Agency Real Warriors Campaign Team. Communicates job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions. Plans and reviews compensation actions while enforcing policies and procedures. Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. Prepares and completes action plans. Implements and monitors production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards by resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends and determining system improvements while ensuring that the standards are met by all employees. Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements. Prepares an annual budget by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions as deem necessary by the customer or IGH leadership. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations. Reviews, evaluates, and enhances all contract deliverable to the customer produced by each Resource Advisor. Enhances the department and organizational reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishment. Establish and maintain a pipeline of target opportunities to ensure continued growth of the company. Conduct ongoing and routine outreach to existing and potential clients. Identify, escalate, and resolve issues affecting successful project performance. Establishes and maintains a close working relationship with subcontractors and prime contractor partners. Contributes to the overall corporate strategy development in the areas of Program Management and Business Development. Position Requirements Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive): Create and manage RWC material and content in all formats (print and digital) and across all platforms that raises awareness of key themes and to disseminate information on topics of interest identified by the campaign. Produce new RWC campaign content across multiple communication channels (e.g., print, digital, social media, etc.) in a variety of formats (e.g., brochures, pamphlets, posters, videos, public service announcements, paid media advertisement, etc.) targeting active duty service members, family members, medical providers, commanders, and others as directed. Deliver robust product lifecycle management services to ensure currency and accuracy of all RWC materials and products. Develop and execute campaign outreach activities, secure media engagements that deliver campaign content to target audiences, and cultivate and manage partner relationships to maximize coordination and stakeholder engagement. Represent the campaign at public events and conferences and conduct other outreach activities to ensure that RWC messaging reaches the widest possible audience and to raise awareness of the campaign itself. assist in the development of a robust communication and media strategy for anti-stigma and suicide prevention programming. Manage partnerships and stakeholder engagement strategies to further the aims of the RWC. Monitor the performance of campaign activities and to report on RWCs contributions to help-seeking, stigma reduction, and suicide prevention. Produce and deliver a monthly progress report summarizing contract and campaign performance against objectives. Administer and manage the daily operations of the RWC. Skills / Certifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Qualifications: Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience managing contracts with two (2) years of experience supporting nation-wide public health campaigns. Experience managing psychological health, public health campaigns and experience coordinating psychological health campaign evaluations is preferred. At Interactive Government Holdings, Inc.
