Program Manager - Center Lane
Overview: Join our team as a full-time Program Manager of Center Lane, a dynamic community program for LGBTQIA+ youth, ages 13-21 in Westchester county, NY. The Program Manager will lead program development, oversee operations, and create a safe, affirming space for growth and connection. The compensation range is $70,000-$75,000/year. Responsibilities: As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: + Conduct individual and family therapy sessions; provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as necessary. + Supervise the Youth Advisory Council, empowering young leaders to contribute meaningfully to program development. + Design innovative program components to enhance service offerings and meet evolving community needs. + Draft, manage, and revise contracts and program budgets to align with organizational standards and ensure financial accountability. + Contribute to grant writing and fundraising initiatives to sustain and grow program. + Organize and facilitate training sessions and professional development for staff. + Maintain accurate program records and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. + Act as a liaison with community partners to foster collaboration and enhance service delivery.
