Collaborate and Influence: Partner with diverse teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders, to define project strategies and drive successful outcomes. Executive Communication: Provide clear, concise, and regular updates to senior leadership, addressing project status, timelines, and potential challenges. Project Management Excellence: Develop and manage comprehensive project documentation, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Drive Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular project assessments and implement strategic adjustments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.  Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred). 3-5+ years of proven program management experience within the biopharma industry or a related field (e.g., consulting, large tech). Demonstrated experience in product launch management within the biopharma sector. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with and influence senior leadership. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently. Deep understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry and its unique challenges. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within large tech, consulting, or biopharma sectors. Experience with non-technical program management, focusing on qualitative strategy and business consulting.
