Program Manager
**Responsibilities & Qualifications** **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT programs across multiple technical domains, including but not limited to: + Systems Administration + Network Administration + Cloud Transformation + Application Development and Support + Big Data and AI/ML + Low Code/No Code Development + Systems Architecture + Customer Support + Systems Engineering and Development + IT Cybersecurity + IT Operations and Management (O&M) + Serve as the primary liaison between government stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure alignment of program goals with customer needs. + Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure successful execution. + Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with contract requirements and government regulations. + Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and technical teams, ensuring high-quality performance and adherence to best practices. + Foster a collaborative working environment that promotes innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. + Prepare and present reports, briefings, and updates to senior leadership and government stakeholders. + Ensure program compliance with security policies and procedures, maintaining adherence to government security standards. + Drive process improvements and strategic initiatives to enhance program delivery and performance. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Active Secret Clearance (or higher) + PMP or equivalent certification (e.g., PgMP, PMI-ACP). + Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. + Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT programs in a government or defense environment. + Demonstrated experience managing IT programs across diverse technical disciplines. + Strong understanding of government contracting processes, compliance requirements, and risk management. + Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams in a fast-paced environment. + Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. + Proficiency in program management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platform **DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS** + ITIL, SAFe, CSM, or Agile certifications + Experience with cloud computing, AI/ML, or cybersecurity initiatives within government programs. + Familiarity with DoD or federal agency IT environments and security policies. **Overview** We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee complex IT projects in support of a government customer to join our team.
