We lead the development and implementation of integrated creative programs. These are outbound marketing efforts that are heavily cross-functional in nature. **Required Skills:** Program Manager Responsibilities: 1. Create effective partnerships with Integrated Marketers, International Marketers, Channel Leads, Product Marketing Managers, internal creative teams and external agencies 2. In partnership with Integrated Marketing, Performance Media, and Creative, drive the development and optimization of performance assets for integrated campaigns and evergreen digital advertising 3. Capable of being the lead point of contact for our external agency partner, as well as cross-functional internal stakeholder management 4. Collaborate with Program Leads to determine how creative projects within the remit of this role fit within a wider business portfolio through the lens of objectives, impact, risks and resources 5. Prioritize competing needs with sound reasoning, leading to viable solutions across multiple teams and projects 6. Capable of optimizing systems, tools, and standards that improve creative production within the organization 7. Coordinate the wider team to ensure successful communication and delivery of various performance marketing launches, simultaneously at times 8. Manage workflow for inbound and outbound projects, manage program/production budgets and approvals, requirements for sourcing and procurement, and the development of high-quality assets, often with tight deadlines 9. Maintain brand integrity across all project deliverables, working closely within Design, Legal and Product teams' guidance 10. Mobilize the team towards forward progress, action, and results by anticipating needs and removing obstacles **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 11. 6+ years of client-facing experience within a creative agency or in-house, in a demonstrably equivalent role 12. Experience in cross-functional collaboration, organizational design and systems planning 13. Creative operations experience in setting priorities, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and negotiation 14. Experience in creative planning and development, production, editorial, finishing and delivery/trafficking 15. Experience across major creative channels and large scale integrated campaigns. This may include but not be limited to: live action, programmatic digital delivery, social, influencer, CRM, web/Ecommerce, media integration, technical product feature demos. 16. Experience in global marketing with a proven track record of launching and customizing work across multiple markets **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 17. 8+ years client-facing experience within a creative agency or in-house, in a demonstrably equivalent role 18. Experience with additional creative channels. This may include but not be limited to: print, out of home and/or experiential workstreams. 19. Experience working with a large, global tech company 20.
