POSITION SUMMARY:

Our client is looking for a Program Manager for a fully remote role in US.


This position operates from 7 AM to 4 PM PST 

Responsibilities Plan, direct, and coordinate program execution plans for strategic customer experience opportunitiesHelps ensure internal readiness to product/process/tool changes to improve customer experiences.Helps drive field awareness of program updates and involves leadership where appropriate.Follows up with internal stakeholders to ensure customer/partner experience changes take place and are incorporated into working processes.Embeds the customer voice into change management strategy, planning, and activities within key programs.Works closely with business stakeholders to identify sponsorship and need for customer messaging.Identifies and drives improvement in existing processes to ensure customer, partner, and/or employee changes are implemented and adopted.
Demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills and driving operational excellence to improve key performance measures. Qualifications Must have 5+ years of experience in program Management. Knowledge of project and change management methodologies and ability to carry out the process of planning, organizing, and implementing strategies to accomplish a well-defined objective. PMI, PMP, and/or PROSCI certifications preferred.Must have 6+ years of experience with Operational excellence.Must have minimum 6+ years of experience with Communications and Messaging. Creating and delivering engaging content that conveys program messaging and stories that resonate with and persuade diverse audiences, includes excellence in oral and written communication.Should have excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.Should have strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.Should have experience in project and change management methodologies.For remote positions, all candidates must complete a video screen with our corporate recruiting team.

A competitive pay range of $78/hr- $80/hr (depending on experience).Position Location: 100% Remote - US15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).8 paid holidays per year + 1 personal floating holiday. 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
