The Program Manager position is an important role that supports effective completion of high priority Engineering programs at the Chelsea Products Division. Additional programs outside of Engineering will be included in scope. This position reports to the Division Engineering Manager.
+ Accomplish program objectives through coordinated division efforts
+ Establish and implement tactical and operational plans to achieve division objectives
+ Define project and specific outcome measures for cross-functional teams for major business programs
+ Establish standards of performance within overall policy and budgetary limits with direct accountability for final results
+ Responsible for project development
+ Accountable from start to completion of project goals, objectives and budgets as well as achieving target costs
+ Leads project teams to achieve their chartered purpose and desired outcomes
+ Create and track the Master Gantt for the entire program; ensures all deliverables and milestones are met
+ Ensure all team members share accountability for project completion
+ Manage programs per the Win Strategy and facilitate gate reviews per master time plan
+ Bachelor's degree required. Desired major is Engineering, Business, or related disciplines
+ Must be able to lead others through influence
+ Must have strong organization and facilitation skills
+ Previous experience with new product launches and new product commercialization is required
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Project is required
+ PMP Certification is preferred
+ Effective written and verbal communication is required
