What You Will Get To Do:

Program Oversight: Manage multiple project teams, align release plans with program roadmaps, and lead key cross-functional ceremonies to ensure progress.

Data-Driven Focus: Ensure accurate, up-to-date program data, define metrics, and use insights to guide decisions and maintain reliable progress tracking.

Process Improvement: Optimize workflows, adopt new tools, and enhance PMO strategies to promote efficiency and innovation.

Risk Management: Proactively identify, monitor, and address risks, delays, and dependencies to ensure smooth program execution.

Collaboration and Communication: Foster team morale, mentor staff, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders through regular updates and alignment efforts.

What You Will Bring:

Proven experience in program management, with 4 to 6 years in a program manager role and a total of 8 to 12 years of professional experience.

Proven ability to manage multiple project teams while ensuring alignment with program roadmaps and strategic goals.

Expertise in leading cross-functional ceremonies and utilizing data-driven tools like Jira and Confluence for progress tracking and documentation.

Skilled in identifying, mitigating, and resolving risks, delays, and dependencies effectively.

Strong track record in driving process improvements, adopting innovative tools, and enhancing project accuracy and predictability.

Experienced in mentoring and fostering collaboration, celebrating successes, and boosting morale across teams.

Adept at transparent communication, providing regular updates, and building strong partnerships with stakeholders across departments.
