Summary We deliver essential technology services to our customers in support of their missions to sustain the national security and economic interests of our nation. SecuriGence is seeking a Program Manager with IT / Cloud / DevSecOps experience in the Melbourne, FL / Patrick SFB area. Help us solve problems with Innovation Through Intelligence. Responsibilities The Program Manager is responsible for the program management and technical direction of major programs or projects and for ensuring compliance with laws governing federal IT management and standards. The Program Manager works directly with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) regarding new project assignments and planning. + Serves as the Contractor's main point of contact for coordination of the Program and oversight of the overall performance. + Manage operational aspects of program activity, including cost, quality schedule, and personnel. + Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. + Takes projects from original concept through final implementation. + Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services. + Defines project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. + Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. + Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. + Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. + Provides technical and analytical guidance to the project team. + Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. + Generate various reports/deliverables, including monthly program status reports to the appropriate customers and management personnel. + Plan, organize, direct, and guide the activities of team members, including processes, plans procedures, and training personnel. + Participate in hiring and training. + Review and approve employee and subcontractor timecards. + Establish and manage customer relationships. + Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. Qualifications + Certification: PMP required + Secret clearance. + Education and experience: 5+ years of program management experience.
