SUMMARY\n
Our business is growing rapidly, and we need a Project Manager immediately. Looking for someone who is a quick study, self-motivated, detail oriented, great at communicating, highly organized, multi-tasker, and can be trusted to effectively coordinate the efforts of cross-functional project teams with limited supervision. In this role, you will work with the Senior Program Manager to ensure successful and timely completion of company's priority projects and programs. Must be a team player, have a positive attitude, and someone that is able to communicate with all levels of the organization. \n

RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nCoordination of resources, meetings, and events including scheduling, setting meeting agenda, and capturing meeting notes, and tasks.\nCommunicate effectively with the project teams via calls and emails, ensuring commitments are met.\nCreating and managing project schedules, milestones, timelines, and dependencies as needed\nMonitor progress on deliverables, action items, decisions, and escalate risks \/issues.\nRun calls, visit\/ act as a liaison with vendors, defining scope, gathering requirements, testing, and handling reviews\/approvals of deliverables.\nManage vendor's documentation and versioning (archiving files) including design reviews and approvals, payments and quotes, layouts, and all files.\nAssisting with events management and coordination of details start to finish- including planning agenda, participants, venue, and capturing takeaways. Then following up on actions items.\nManaging development of projects' publications including company Newsletters.\nProvide strategical inputs on planning, standardization, operations, manufacturing, automation, materials management, and other initiatives.\nStakeholder integration and resource planning, as well change management on projects. \nSupport teams with checklists, standard processes development details, and useful resources.\nCreating and managing documents on MS Teams and SharePoint \nOther duties may be assigned based on business priorities.\n\n

QUALIFICATIONS\n\nMinimum of 3-4 years of experience in corporate Projects Management\nCAPM Certified or PMP certification is required. \nBachelor's degree from four-year college university is required\nStrong proficiency working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project.\nMust demonstrate knowledge of Project Management methodologies. \nExceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills \nStrong leadership, follow-up, and organizational skills. \nHands on, independent, focused on completing all projects timely\nAbility to travel up to 10% or as needed.\n\n
