Your New Role...
As a Program Manager for WBD’a AI ContentLab, you will play a key role in managing AI projects from inception to successful implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with AI risks and regulations. You will act as a liaison between various teams, including vendors, legal, and security, to manage the risks associated with AI technologies and deliver tangible, impactful outcomes for Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD). Your leadership will be essential in coordinating the efforts of internal teams, overseeing the project lifecycle, and ensuring timely delivery of AI-driven solutions.
You will work closely with full-stack engineers, creative technologists, data scientists, and creative users across multiple departments, including News, Sports, Entertainment, Marketing, and Advertising, to drive innovation and push the boundaries of AI solutions at WBD.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Oversee the entire AI project lifecycle, from planning and resource allocation to execution and delivery, ensuring AI initiatives are completed on time and within scope. Communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization, providing clear and actionable insights. Collaborate with vendors, legal teams, security teams, and internal stakeholders to manage AI-related risks, including data privacy, intellectual property, and ethical AI use, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring their solutions align with WBD’s creative needs and technical requirements. Work with industry organizations to develop standards that align with WBD’s needs Work in a cross functional, collaborative environment with software engineers, creative technology specialists, data scientists, and creative teams to integrate AI solutions into WBD’s content workflows, fostering a culture of innovation. Directly contribute to AI solutions in the form of Prompt Engineering and creation of training datasets.Qualifications & Experiences...
5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in AI or technology Familiarity with AI technologies Understanding of legal and security aspects of AI Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience working with cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsPreferred Experience:
