Your responsibilitiesOrganize programs and activities in accordance with the organization's mission and objectivesDevelop a budget and operating plan for the programManage a cross-functional team with a wide range of talents and responsibilitiesEnsure objectives are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performanceImplements and manages changes and improvements to ensure project objectives are achievedEnsure smooth communication and transparency between all stakeholdersCreate accurate and timely reports on program status throughout its lifecycleAnalyze program risksManage the program budgetFollow up on milestones agreed upon with the clientConduct internal meetings to monitor progress on all tasksUpdate activities in the project management system in order to present weekly and monthly results to management

Our requirementsVery good command of EnglishHigher Technical education, preferred fields: Mechanics and Machine Construction, Electrical Engineering, Production ManagementVery good knowledge of project management techniquesExperience in project management in automotive industryAbility to define goals and risks for implementationAbility to work in multitasking modeVery good knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Organizational skills, ability to cooperate well with a teamExcellent work organization and problem solving skillsCommunication skillsOpenness to challengesThe ability to conduct audits (is welcome)
