Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager to join a large product development project currently underway as part of a comprehensive behavioral health modernization effort. This project is being led by one of the top technology consulting firms, and the project focuses primarily on engineering and project management services. This individual will be responsible for leading IT Product delivery and effective management of project staff KPIs and OKRs to maximize team success, and will be tasked with creating reporting and accountability in relevant Atlassian tools like JIRA. The ideal candidate will be a critical driver across the project, bringing extensive experience in both product and project management as well as expertise in the Atlassian toolset. Additional responsibilities include: Lead IT product delivery on high visibility software development projects, working closely with key stakeholders Manage and own agile processes around IT product delivery Expected to work with teams within the organization to identify and create a plan around budget, team structures, scope, and other items to help deliver against OKRs. The Delivery Manager will proactively identify waste, process improvements, and team improvements and develop an evolving strategy to help meet the objectives. Facilitate weekly cross functional meetings to empower teams to raise risks and collaboratively create solutions to impediments, risks, and challenges to organization goals and objectives. Ensure risks are tracked, owned, and driven to solution by the team. Continuously monitor and improve contractor development to elevate contractor abilities, skills, and morale to help improve KPIs. Elevate contractors to bring solutions and ideas forward to better overall DHCS outcomes and goals, promoting excellence. Work with the client to ensure room to work with Coaches and COEs Provide visibility and transparency to client on initiatives and efforts that would help to increase overall performance. Facilitates successful staffing and onboarding processes of to ensure resources are onboarded and effective.
