Complete Description:  Position will manage at least one enterprise program. The position will meet with leadership from all areas of DTMB as well as facilitate meetings with varying levels of employees and management. This position will also be responsible for developing recommendations and implementing processes and procedures as well as oversight and evaluation of the effectiveness of the program.
