OverviewLocation
This position is open to candidates located in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Utah, and Wyoming.
This is a work-from-home position with some expected travel, up to 25%.
Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for delivering large or/and complex programs to time, scope, budget and quality. These programs may consist of interrelated projects across multiple technologies and offers, being led by individual project managers under an overarching program or may comprise a single large multi-year program for the Program Manager to lead. This position mentors project managers responsible for delivering large and complex programs consisting of projects lead by C1 as well as other vendors. Success in this position requires openness to constant change, a focus on continuous improvement and ability to focus on quality control, profitability, and high customer satisfaction.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions
Ensures scope, timelines, budget, and resources are accurately identified, tracked, and reportedDevelops full-scale program plans including client specific escalation, governance structure, and associated communication and change management plansAudits and enforces standard processes and procedures and ensures consistency across the entire programIdentifies and manages program dependencies and critical pathCreates and maintains a detailed program plans, issues log, risk register, status reports, and other required documentationCommunicates program expectation to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clean fashionCreates strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plansFacilitates change management associated with implementing process improvements into the organization - the adoption of new or improved processes and/or procedures across the organizationProvides the appropriate resource staffing and management forecast for the programs managed, including the acquisition of contract resources when neededTracks and communicates performance measurements to project team and stakeholdersManages program for all phases including but not limited to RFP development, Pre-sales scope management, gap analysis, define, solution design, technical design, process change, development and configuration of applications, testing, training, deployment and transition.Identifies and communicates project priority within programs and set project milestone priority for the project teamsPrepares and presents program status report to customer, executives, management and project teamEnsures program and project financials are updated for accuracy and variance analysisPrepares appropriate documentation to close out programs and facilitate effective hand offsConducts program post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful program elementsPerforms Program and Project Management at Best Practice Level during all phases of lifecycleProvides Mentoring for more Junior Team Members and Project Manager as neededReviews Client Trends and recommend continuous Improvement as needed or opportunities for business opportunities aligned with customer objectivesPromotes knowledge sharing and skills developmentSupports and promotes the objectives as required

10+ years of experience in progressive project/program management rolesExperience managing programs/projects within the Professional Services industryExcellent demonstrated leadership and management skills with the ability to assign and monitor work within programsExperience working and communicating with Executive level management internally and client facingExcellent knowledge of sales and customer service procedures and practicesExcellent written and oral communications skills that are audience appropriate with appropriate style and delivery to influence audienceSolid knowledge of project management discipline, project management tools and analysisComprehensive knowledge of project management concepts and process improvement methodologiesDefines and organize complex projects to achieve specified objectivesAdapts methodologies to develop customize plans based on given circumstances, constraints, etc.Identifies and monitors key measures to ensure program successProactively identifies program risks and develops mitigation plans to addressDrives timely, complete, fact-based issue resolution in a collaborative mannerIdentifies refinements to program approach and methodology to avoid future issuesInfluences and helps stakeholders identify and meet their high priority needsExcellent ability to lead a team toward program objectives and visionAbility to foster and build relationships at all levels in a large, global corporate environmentStrong interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiationStrong written and presentations skills, with the ability to tailor information to the audience in a way that establishes rapport, influences others and gains understanding at all levelsFluent in use of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project10 years’ or more experience in project managementPMP or equivalent certification

Pay Range
$110,000 - $130,000
Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
