Responsibilities

 

     

As a Program Manager for Empower AI, Inc., you will have ultimate accountability to ensure that all required services are developed, operated, maintained and managed in accordance with the contract and appropriate service level agreements. You will serve as a critical component in meeting our mission of providing excellent services to our client. Your experience ensures an exciting and rewarding opportunity to be at the forefront of providing the leadership required to support Federal agencies such as US Treasury, FDIC, or PBGC. In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting Empower AI, Inc.’s mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments.

Highlights of  Responsibilities:

Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programsResponsibilities also include aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contractsEnsures projects are completed on time and within budgetActs as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operationsFamiliar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular fieldRelies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsManaging a portfolio of work across multiple work streamsLeading end-to-end enterprise efforts within an organizationDeveloping customer-facing project plans to document project scope, schedule, tasks, dependencies, and risk managementExperience with Agile Management tools such as TFS, GitHub, ServiceNowPerforming hands-on project work, including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experienceMinimum 10 years’ experienceGeneral Information Technology Services Contract Program Management ExperienceAbility to obtain approval through Federal background investigation required by the assigned agency

 

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification strongly desired
