BE PART OF THE CONNECTION 

As a Program Manager on the Business Integration team, you’ll use your extensive project management experience to manage multiple projects within highly complex or enterprise-wide programs. You’ll ensure successful integration of projects and adjust project scope, timing, and budgets based on business needs.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM  

Required Qualifications 

Experience: Project Management experience: 7 or more years Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience Abilities: Work independently with no supervision and guidance; communicate clearly both orally and in writing; define key performance indicators/metrics; effectively analyze and interpret data; document, prepare, and deliver data-driven presentations; influence internal and external key stakeholders and build consensus; conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans; manage complex program and project budgets

Preferred Qualifications 

Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
