\nPurpose
\nPeople, Technology and Processes, LLC is seeking contractors to provide support to the TRADOC Enterprise KM Program. The goal of the TRADOC Enterprise KM Program is to create and implement the TRADOC KM strategy and improve organizational performance by establishing an environment and culture that efficiently shares knowledge, leverages data/content, and continuously innovates and improves work and business processes. The KM Program effectively harnesses the critical relationship between people, process, technology in the context of the organizational structure in creating, applying, organizing, and transferring know-how, experience, and expertise to support organizational learning and timely decision-making.

\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\n\n\n\tThe Project Manager shall be a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR\n\tProject Manager shall have a dual role as one of the senior level employees and provide overall program management.\n\tProject Manager shall ensure Contractor employees understand and abide by established rules, regulations, and policies concerning safety and security.\n\tProject Manager shall provide a monthly status report to the COR and Contracting Officer via electronic mail.\n\tProject Manager shall be available to meet with the Contracting Officer and COR upon request to present deliverables, discuss progress, exchange information, and resolve emergent technical problems and issues.\n\n
\nRequired Education/Certifications:\n\n\n\tBachelor's degree (MA or MS is a plus)\n\tProject Management Professional (PMP) certification\n\tCertified SCRUM Master\n\nMinimum Required Experience:\n\n\n\tExperience with the Hoshin Kanri approach to program planning and operations.\n\tExperience with measuring and managing performance including development and utilization of Key Performance Indictors (KPIs), Measures of Performance (MoPs), Measures of Effectiveness\n\t(MoEs), and performance management systems.\n\nAbout the company:
