Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Primary responsibility for Design Program Management for Transmission Transceivers new PIP development products, starting from PIP1 development and for coordination the product through to mass production handover Secondary responsibilities for supporting Jira and SharePoint for the full organization Creating and maintaining Jira projects, issue types and automation Support with creating SharePoint Project sub-sites Short term responsibility for enhancing router test scripts to support near term testing of modules in different routersEducation & Experience
No Minimum post graduation experience needed - Available for new graduate BS/MS/MBA or equivalent degree.Skills
Project Management knowledge and some level of experience needed Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Project experience strongly recommended Strong Jira knowledge and experience is a major advantage Ability to modify test scripts is desired Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills. Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp. requiredWorking Conditions
This position is onsite May require occasional off-site meetings or travel Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessary Interaction with team members and external contacts is a regular part of the job May require occasional overtime and flexibility in work hours to accommodate the executive’s needsPhysical Requirements
Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or conducting meetings. Use of hands and fingers for operating computers and lab equipment. Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative or lab tasks. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Mobility within the office/lab environment to attend meetings or interact with colleagues.
