Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee the configuration, programming, and testing system updates within our operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful development and deployment of tester systems for functionality testing of hearing aids. The Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and manufacturing, to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesOversee configuration, programming, and testing system updates within operations.Ensure successful development and deployment of tester systems for hearing aid functionality testing.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and manufacturing.Focus on planning, execution, milestone tracking, time delivery, risk management, and implementation strategy.Ensure all processes and products meet the highest quality standards.Lead a team of 5-10 core members, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.Collaborate with other departments such as R&D, quality assurance, and manufacturing to ensure smooth project execution.Interact regularly with C-suite executives to provide project updates and align on strategic goals.Manage workshops to ensure effective collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members.Maintain detailed project documentation, generate reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Essential SkillsProject management expertise.Experience in medical devices and electromechanical engineering.5+ years of project management experience.Extremely detail-oriented with strong program management skills.Engineering and electrical knowledge.Mechanical and manufacturing process understanding.Engineering management and test engineering skills.Planning and organizational skills.Risk management expertise.Experience with PCB manufacturing and LabVIEW.Additional Skills & QualificationsConfiguration Management: Ensuring all configurations are correctly set up and maintained.Not required to be a Subject Matter Expert in any capacity but a strong overall Project Manager.Experience with small electromechanical devices is helpful but not required.Ability to converse with engineers around issues and strategy.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $65.00/hr.
