The Role
Manage Risk Purchasing Group registrations in all 50 states for a portfolio of risk purchasing groups. This includes renewal forms, fee payments, and corporate governance procedures. Manage and prepare responses to requests for proposals by working with captive management service team and other WTW colleagues as necessary. Manage and prepare new captive domicile applications, including project management, client communications, and regulator communications. Assist and coordinate the preparation and legal review of consulting services agreements, management service agreements, and statements of work. Process Know Your Client (KYC) checks and maintain spreadsheets/database to ensure on-going complete with WEM Assist with other office related tasks to include (but not limited to), time accounting project code coordination, client travel, notarization of documents, and DocuSign submissions Assist the captive underwriting team as necessary.The Requirements
Preferred degree or completion of a secretarial business schoolPreferred five years+ of Administrative Assistant experience in financial services, legal or compliance backgroundHighly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong technical skills in PowerPoint and WordAbility to work on a teamEffectively communicate in verbal and written formats Solid time management and organizational skillsExcellent writing and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail along with the ability to multi-taskMust be a team player who can take feedback as well as give itAbility to work independently and with the teamEOE, including disability/vets
