Sanmina Corporation has facilities strategically located in key regions throughout the world.   Program Manager   Job Purpose: Sanmina is looking for a Program Manager to join our IMS Division in Carrollton, TX.  The candidate must have experience in program management, negotiating pricing, managing customer relationships, and managing operational costs in an Electronics and/or Systems manufacturing environment   Nature of Duties: Manage the development and implementation process of the customer’s products and services involving departmental teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Serves as liaison between the company and the customer throughout the business relationship. Ensure customer satisfaction by managing the details of overall project scope, cost, schedule, risk and technical performance deliverables. Visit customers’ sites as needed to develop relationships and manage programs. Research accounts daily to inform customers on the status of their product.  Be prepared for questions that the customer may have and supply them with every option available. Manage the processes of loading incoming customer orders, payment invoicing, and revenue recognition. Plan and direct schedules/forecasts.  Maintain an accurate backlog by customer or product. Perform a wide variety of tasks related to the support of customers’ requirements and solving problems while maintaining profitability and cost savings. Interface frequently with Operations and Engineering to assist in improving processes, performance, and cost savings. Monitor the programs from purchase order initiation through delivery, ensuring completion on schedule and within budget constraints. Assist with review and management of P&L by program, including analysis of results and submitting forecasts. May be responsible for a portfolio of medical device customers and must conduct activities according to ISO 13485 Quality System and applicable government and industry regulations.   Education and Experience: Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Medicine, etc, or equivalent experience. At least 5 years proven experience in a Program Management position.  Experience in Customer Fulfillment, Electronics Manufacturing, and New Product Introduction. Experience with contract manufacturing preferred. Demonstrated ability to build effective professional relationships with suppliers and internal departments. Proven track record of negotiating contracts and prices. Working knowledge of import and customs procedures desired. Proficient use of Google Workspace as well as Excel, PowerPoint and other standard programs for project, business and financial management. Oracle experience is desired. Experience working within medical device development Quality Systems (ISO 13485, 90001, etc.) desired. Familiar with FDA/CE regulatory requirements desired. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while staying on target to reach expected goals. Excellent written, verbal, presentation and organizational skills. Self motivated and proactive leader with ability to mentor and motivate the team.   Physical Demands Required to sit for extended periods in an office environment; substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers; repetitive motion.
