Combat Systems Contract Program Manager

Ghostrock, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager to join our team in San Diego, CA. 

Position Responsibilities 

Provide program management services necessary to implement and execute SWRMC Systems Engineering Process including supporting Engineering Dept. services with technical assistance and assessment participation for the ships within SWRMC cognizance.  This support includes, but not limited to, Assistance Development Plans, System Safety Plans, project plans and schedules, risk tracking, and communications with all stakeholders Produce CDRLS to include financial status, staffing levels and maintenance actions in accordance with the CDRLS list. Constant communications with SWRMC Codes Branch Heads and Division Managers to coordinate services provided by the team. Constant communications and coordination with the Contract Officer Representatives (CORs) for special requests, OT, Travel and cost estimates. Contract Costs monitoring, tracking and reporting. Tracking and reporting corporate and government training. Subcontractor monitoring and tracking for all elements of services planned and provided. Maintain and track all security requirements

Position Requirements 

Must be a US Citizen  Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance  Must be familiar and comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically EXCELL and WORD. Must have over 10 years experience managing tasks and projects, and leading project teams up to 55 people.

This position is located in San Diego, California. 

This position pays $50.00 - $60.00 per hour DOE (depending on experience).
