Currently, we have careers that Change Lives as: Program Manager SR Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International Business, Finance or similar. - English 90% - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar customer service/program management position.   Skills: - Excellent communication skills, and ability to handle a group of direct report employees. - Excellent negotiation skills, ability to talk and negotiate with customers. - Understand shipment process/methods and incoterms. -Quotation and RFQ Skills. - NPI management. - Experience in BOM´s   Activities / Responsibilities :  -OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer requests, and reports. - Flexibility (able to take calls/meetings out of standard work time) - Able to handle customer visits/agenda, and plant tours. -Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMA’s), and business development.
