\nAs the Program Manager 1 for our Best Care Performance Mgmt Team you will be responsible coordinating regular Executive presentations, support Vendor Mgmt and Operations, as well as other tasks.
\nWe are looking for an individual that is:

\nWhat You'll Do
\n\nYou, Coordinates, manages and facilitates the design, planning and implementation of many programs and processes and/or quality improvement initiatives.\nPerforms or helps collection and testing of data to identify opportunities for improvement. Identifies findings, outcomes and recommendations.\nFacilitates overall program help by soliciting input, maintaining records, and identifying, tracking and resolving issues/barriers. Monitors programmatic and operational effectiveness and implements changes as necessary.\nActs as point of contact to vendor partners to meet the needs of the program.\nDevelops, maintains and seeks approval for program documentation such as training/educational materials, presentations, calendars, correspondence, etc.\nEnsures compliance with applicable policies, laws and regulatory agencies.\n\nWhat Will Make You Successful In The Role
\n\nA Project/Program Management and/or quality improvement experience preferred\nAble to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment while balancing many demands\nAble to establish professional and cooperative relationships with multidisciplinary team members\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nGood critical thinking skills with ability to solve problems and exercise sound judgement\nGood knowledge of applicable federal, state and regulatory requirements\nAble to successfully manage programs that meet strategic targets and/or contractual obligations\nSkill in the use of computers and related software\nMaster's degree preferred\nPMP certification preferred\n\nBelonging Statement
