**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will:**
+ Lead and manage a team of software developers, Testers in an Agile environment.
+ Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
+ Define and manage the team’s development processes and ensure timely delivery of features and milestones.
+ Assist in resource planning, hiring, and performance evaluations.
+ Collaborate closely with product owners and other collaborators to define project requirements and work you're doing.
+ Organize and manage Agile sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
+ Ensure continuous improvement in team productivity and processes.
+ Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure .NET full-stack web applications.
+ Lead the development of microservices architecture, ensuring each service is independent, modular, and well-integrated.
+ Develop containerized applications using Docker, ensuring they are scalable and optimized for cloud environments.
+ Collaborate on building APIs, integrations, and maintaining a high level of system reliability and performance.
+ Stay updated with the latest advancements in .NET technologies, microservices, containerization, and cloud computing.
+ Carry out code reviews and enforce standard processes for coding, testing, and deployment.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring software quality and performance standards are met.
+ Drive automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across development and operations teams.
+ Design, develop, and optimize CI/CD workflows to enable rapid, reliable, and automated software delivery.
+ Encourage the use of development practices like unit tests, integration tests, and automated end-to-end testing in the pipeline.
+ Integrate security best practices (DevSecOps), ensuring vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and compliance checks in CI/CD pipelines.
+ Empower teams with self-service deployment capabilities and standard methodologies to improve developer efficiency.

You will Deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner and tackle difficult issues with optimism and confidence. You will view talent development as an organizational imperative and anticipate conflicts before they happen, based on knowledge of interpersonal and group dynamics. Along with being energized when faced with ambiguity and uncertainty.
**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field with 16 to 18 years of relevant experience.
+ Proven experience in managing and leading a development team using Agile methodologies.
+ Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#.
+ Expertise in full-stack development, including frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React) and backend development (Web APIs, RESTful services, databases).
+ Deep understanding of microservices architecture, development, and standard processes.
+ Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
+ Solid experience in cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, Google Cloud).
+ Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
+ Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and code collaboration tools.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical issues.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
+ Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
+ Experience with enterprise-grade application deployments.
+ Knowledge of serverless architectures and event-driven designs
