Program Manager – Logistics Productivity

The Program Manager – Logistics Productivity will directly oversee logistics productivity for the US Refreshment Beverages (USRB) business unit and support value creating initiatives across all transportation and warehouse functional teams. The role will require an individual who is organized, driven, and can foster an environment of cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Partner with functional teams to build productivity pipeline, from initiative ideation to financial reporting.Help establish clear ways of working and best practices, putting KDP in the best position Deliver Big.Regularly provide clear updates to Senior Logistics and Supply Chain leadership Manage key financial aspects for USRB Logistics productivity, including savings forecasts, monthly financial close, and AOP (Annual Operating Plan) support.Effectively communicate corporate and supply chain productivity goals to functional teams.Support additional key logistics initiatives through project management and analyticsIdentify areas within the business to reduce and eliminate wastePerform all other duties as assigned
