**Summary:**
We are building a governance, risk, and compliance function to enable our company to build products that can withstand regulatory scrutiny, and ensure Integrity continues to meet global regulatory requirements and manage risk.Meta's Integrity GRC is the central engine driving risk management and compliance at the company, supporting Meta and the family of apps. We’re seeking experienced GRC and Integrity talent to help enable and safeguard Meta’s products and services, which have a truly global scale, by upholding existing Content Regulation requirements and meeting emergent compliance obligations. I-GRC is responsible for, (a) enabling the business to achieve its goals at scale and pace; (b) safeguarding the business against real world security risks; and (c) addressing the regulatory scrutiny the business faces. Our goal is to make Meta the premier place to work for governance, risk, compliance, and Integrity professionals. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with expertise in risk management, compliance, and/or integrity functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse global stakeholders. You should be able to thrive in high-pressure situations, adapt quickly to changing circumstances, and demonstrate a strong understanding of integrity subject matter expertise. **Required Skills:**
Program Manager, Integrity Governance Risk and Compliance Responsibilities:
1. Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, and/or manage project plans for supported program(s).
2. Prioritize program goals, understand and translate stakeholders’ needs into goals and deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing joint goals and deliverables across one or more cross functional teams.
3. Support execution of risk and compliance related activities including statutory risk assessments, regulatory requests for information, designing and testing controls and safeguards, issue management, exams/audits, governance, data & tooling systems, and/or regulatory & compliance transparency reporting.
4. Serve as an Integrity subject matter expert for Governance, Risk, and Compliance and act as the connection point between GRC, Legal, Regulatory Offices, and first line business teams.
5. Develop and monitor risk and compliance related infrastructure and artifacts including an cross functional operating model, risk register, transparency report guidelines, and/or control frameworks.
6. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the broad regulatory landscape impacting Meta across Integrity teams and focus areas, with the skills to translate changes into actionable project work
7. Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviation
8. informing and collaborating with stakeholders as necessary.
9. Maintain knowledge of Meta’s products, policies, and Integrity functions to identify stakeholders and build and maintain relationships across a wide array of global cross functional partners.
10. Establish streamlined communication & engagement models with various Integrity stakeholders to communicate project statuses, updates, and asks for input and feedback to ensure cross-functional alignment and on-time completion of deliverables.
11. Identification of risks and detailing of mitigation plans to ensure that projects stay on track, or are brought back on track in the event of delays or blockers.
12. Ensure documents are generated in accordance with agreed internal processes and standards, are submission ready, and are appropriately archived in the agreed document management system.
13. Identify gaps in strategy, systems, and processes to support growth at scale.
14. Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within GRC and across Integrity teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals.
15. Ensure adherence to defined standards in order for Meta to maintain legal and regulatory compliance.
16. Create & facilitate presentations to support management understanding and influence decision-making.
17. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, helping them develop their skills and expertise.
18. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and improvement in the integrity risk management function.
19. Build and maintain relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the organization, influencing their decisions and driving alignment around integrity risk management priorities.
20. Support business travel on an as needed basis (up to 10%).
**Minimum Qualifications:**

21. 7+ years of experience in trust and safety, Integrity, content policy, transparency reporting, OR governance, compliance, and risk management.
22. 3+ years program management experience in a corporate environment
23. Robust communication skills, with proven success influencing a variety of audiences including leadership across both technical and non-technical teams.
24. Experience with Integrity or Trust and Safety, or Risk and Compliance principles, practices, and solutions.

25. Advanced degree and/or certification.
26. Knowledge of global content regulations, content moderation practices, and internet trust and safety best practices.
27. 3+ years working in a corporate environment subject to audit against federal or industry-wide regulations.
28. Experience working on risk assessments, transparency reports, responses to regulators or other external parties, audits, and/or designing controls specific to meet regulatory expectations.
29. Experience authoring regulatory reports.
30. Program management skills including planning, organizing, pre-empting risks/blockers, and communicating with stakeholders to deliver successful programs or projects, while operating with minimal guidance.
