The Healthcare Training Program Manager will oversee all aspects of healthcare job training program, which trains West Baltimore residents in the Certified Nursing Assistant/Geriatric Nursing Assistant, Patient Care Tech, and Medical Front Office careers. The Manager is responsible for the management of client recruitment, enrollment, education, case management, and reporting. The position’s ultimate goal is to reduce training participants’ diverse barriers and place them into careers through the effective implementation of targeted programs. + Oversee the delivery and management of Bon Secours Community Works’ Healthcare Training Program, including the implementation of effective case management services, financial coaching, job preparedness education, and employment resources. + Works collaborativelycase managers and employmentand financial Services’ staff to develop strategies for eliminating barriers, building participant capabilities, and increases employability of clients. + Monitors and analyzes program metrics to improve program outcomes. Submits internal and external reports to ensure program compliance and quality. + Refine and standardize all aspects of program design and document it in a standard operating procedure.Ensures that all staff adheres to the guidelines, policies, and procedures detailed in the program standard operating procedures. + Cultivate and formalize external partnerships, including but not limited to those with employers, legal aid, housing agencies, and childcare centers. + Facilitate client development groups using evidence-based manuals and curriculums. + Design and implement communication strategies to promote work.
