Responsibilities

Collaborate with General Managers to improve customer service and ground handling performance.Monitor and report on Envoy’s mishandled baggage rate, damaged baggage rate, and baggage delivery programs, ensuring performance goals are met and helping to improve areas of concern.Analyze management and operational baggage issues to identify solutions.Assist and mentor General Managers in understanding and applying Envoy’s policies and procedures to support their performance in their roles.Work with internal and external stakeholders to enhance baggage-related mobility devices and systems.Conduct station or off-site visits to airports to assess process effectiveness, design new processes, oversee implementation, and conduct station audits (when needed).Investigate and resolve customer service and operational issues.Provide regular updates on challenges affecting Envoy Air’s overall baggage performance.Review and analyze reports, records, and directives, collaborating with leadership to gather data for planning, including new commitments, work progress, and problem resolution. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience/trainingHighly proficient in use of Microsoft Office software, Excel, Word and PowerPointStrong leadership and organizational skillsExcellent quantitative and analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solvingStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organizationAble to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to travel extensively with short notice
