Program Manager, Funnel Conversion, On-Road Staffing Design and Funnel Programs
The Program Manager, ORS leads tactical, cross-functional initiatives across multiple verticals The scope of impact is Mexico and Brazil supporting an organization of 100+ team members. This dynamic role combines tactical execution, and continuous improvement to drive high-impact programs that directly influence VP-level goals. The successful candidate will lead difficult, cross-functional projects from conception to completion, working with stakeholders across Legal, Human Resources, Delivery Service Partners (DSP) and On-Road Staffing (ORS) teams. This role is responsible for developing and executing program roadmaps, building processes and automated solutions to improve processes (particularly focused on DSP Delivery Associate hiring journey and candidate experience), and managing multiple stakeholder relationships while driving strategic partnerships. They will build, define, identify, and execute on projects that improve funnel conversion while simultaneously reducing DSP workload load.
The role requires delivering regular progress reports to senior leadership, identifying and solving regional opportunities through effective partnerships with cross-functional teams, owning team sub-metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in program management and strategic planning, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent stakeholder management and effective communication. Success in this position demands demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous environments, experience in driving process improvement and automation initiatives, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

• Bridge gaps in team dynamics, processes, and systems, preventing common project pitfalls.
• Identify and mitigate risks, preventing them from escalating into major issues.
• Regularly communicate with senior managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to support key business initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and oversee KPI reporting for a program portfolio, ensuring clear visibility of milestones and project performance.
