Growing together.** The Program Manager, Early Adopter program plays a key role in organizing and driving the solutions operations delivery team(s) and product teams to align with the operational readiness aspects of the software and product development lifecycle. The role works closely with our Solutions Success Management, Product Management, Engineering, Implementations and Support teams to ensure successful product delivery through thorough knowledge transfer, training, documentation and process refinement for early adopters across all EI product solutions. The role is responsible for driving cross functional teams for on-time project deliverables while solving complex issues across multiple functions and enabling the delivery teams to keep moving projects forward while working closely with solution success management and product management to resolve product issues, elaborate on internal documentation where needed, and managing the updates for product implementation artifacts and training materials. The role ensures alignment between solution delivery and operations such that customer timelines and commitments are clearly stated, understood, and managed within the SDLC and PDLC, and the post-launch team has the knowledge, skills, and ability to deploy at scale. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Maintains responsibility of overseeing the Early Adopter program across 4 major product lines and new product offerings + Coaches and enables technical and project team members to maintain alignment and understanding of what’s needed and timeline milestones to meet cross-functional prioritized goals + Educates and supports the delivery team with problem solving and solution identification as challenges arise in the normal course of solution delivery + Responsible for managing the delivery and approval of all product and project implementation documentation and version specific updates as needed for customer facing artifacts + Identifies, advocates, and implements process changes that better align the business to scale for delivery from pre-launch to post-launch of released products as identified through the PDLC and Early Adopter processes + Coordinates customer and organizational priorities in operations reviews, program governance, and weekly program review forums to ensure the business understands the impact to customer delivery timelines and roadmaps as work moves through the process + Completes risk assessments and analysis for products and projects assigned You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. **Required Qualifications:** + 5+ years of experience with consultative services, data analytics, product management or program/project management + Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities at once + Proven written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas **Preferred Qualifications:** + PMP Certification + Knowledge of enterprise imaging solutions, enterprise imaging workflows, and/or product development life cycle + Experience working with products in the go-to-market / ready-to-launch phases + Experience working with cloud-based solutions + Beginner IT skills and basic level of understanding + Proven analytical and problem-solving skills + Demonstrated Presentation and Training abilities to a wide variety of audiences + Demonstrated ability to move from agile product management mentality to clear operational scalability + Demonstrated confidence and knowledge to be a voting stakeholder for GA milestones + Demonstrated customer first mentality *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy The salary range for this role is $106,800 to $194,200 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
