Selling Partner Protection Operations(SEPO) Team works to ensure that customers can buy with confidence on Amazon.com. We design and implement policies, tools and technology innovations to protect the buying experience on Amazon while minimizing friction for sellers. We are looking for a Program Manager with a passion for technology, innovation with leadership, analytical and communication skills. This Program Manager will lead the roadmap for Amazon tech systems and tools to improve WW operational efficiency and effectiveness for the risk investigation programs. The candidate will experience a wide range of problem-solving situations, strategic to real-time, requiring understanding of technical infrastructure and stakeholder expectations. This role will have the opportunity to influence behavior, collaborate across stakeholders from business, product, tech and operations, and be pivotal in leading cross-functional commitments.
The ideal candidate will be an innovative leader who obsesses over customers (internal & external), is comfortable taking risks and learning quickly from business outcomes. The candidate will use data to guide decisions and prioritization, and will deliver results that help customers and sellers. This candidate needs to possess an attention to detail, the ability to work independently with primary stakeholders to solve complex medium and large-scale problems, and be able to manage expectations and motivate people, with and without authority.
Key job responsibilities
• Own and lead a set of initiatives for operations productivity improvement from conception through execution.
• Manage various feature launches, support configuration and provide expert advice for business needs.
• Develop business requirement documents by gathering use-cases and work with engineering and science teams to build required features.
• Manage trade-offs and make critical tactical or strategic decisions on behalf of the customer
• Understand change and use change management strategies and tactics to support projects.
• Develop and Monitor project plans, secures resources, and drive change management strategies; collaborate effectively to achieve project goals.
• Track and report all the critical tasks in a project. Follows right escalation channel to ensure delivery as planned.
• Communicate effectively – Distill complex information into clear and concise content for stakeholder groups, both verbally and through written communication. Be able to write narratives and business cases.

Our mission is to create quick and accurate decisions that exceed the expectations of our Customers, Brands and SPs while protecting them from bad actors. We deliver at scale through technology and expert human judgement. We drive down costs by selectively and efficiently using human judgement where technology is not able to automate.
