**Team/Role Overview**

The breadth, depth, and strength of our underwriting, sales and trading, and distribution capabilities span asset classes and currencies, sectors and industries, covering a vast array of products.
The Markets Program Execution and Transformation team works with all Markets businesses and Citi functions, including Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk and Operations & Technology to identify, mobilize and execute responses to regulatory and cross-business transformational projects. The primary mission of the team is to design and implement integrated solutions and sustainable capabilities in the most efficient and effective way for Markets and its clients.
Examples of major programs that Markets Transformation currently (or recently) manage include: Brexit; Dodd-Frank Title VII; EMIR/Re-Fit; FRTB; IBOR Transition; Markets Conduct Risk; MiFID / MiFIR; Resolution Stay Rules; Volcker / Volcker 2.0 and multiple specific APAC/EMEA/NAM Regulations.
**Key responsibilities:**
• Assist with the PMO delivery of programs and projects across a number of Markets Sales / trading desks and functions including Risk, Legal, Finance and Compliance
• Design and produce Tableau dashboards and reporting
• Assist PMs with application of Citi’s Enterprise Program and Project Management Policy and Standards across the Markets book of work
• Contribute to the design and delivery of Markets specific project and PMO guidelines and provide subject matter expertise for internal queries relating to project management
• Assist with the identification, prioritization and tracking of risks, issues and dependencies
• Effectively communicate with key stakeholders and project teams
**Experience, skills and competencies**
• 6 + years experience in a project management role within Financial Services
• Experience of structured project management & PMO methodologies, processes and tools (JIRA and SharePoint desirable)
• Advanced MS Excel experience including ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets
• Proficient in Tableau, dashboard creation and reporting preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
• Ability to drive outcomes independently and escalate issues where appropriate
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and organizational skills to mobilize and motivate delivery in a co-operative and collaborative working environment
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, to effectively produce procedural documentation
**Qualifications and Education:**
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
• Recognized project management qualification preferred (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, APM)
