Responsibilities Arcfield is growing and seeking a Program Management Analyst IV to provide Corporate Support for their customer’s COMM Directorate, this includes Enterprise Support, Office Management, Records Management, Event Management, and Continuity of Operations. Please note, an offer for this position will be contingent on an awarded contract. Responsibilities include: Leading overall project planning through reporting on project schedules and deliverables Logistics/space management support: Property management Employee processing (i.e., on/off boarding) Awards management Training and travel support Additional functional areas as determined by the Government Briefs management on the status of action items and metrics Develop, maintain, and implement a file structure and approved records management strategy for the COMM and CIO Enterprise, ensuring compliance with all applicable NRO directives, instructions, or policies Maintain and implement appropriate controls to track, account for, archive, and retrieve COMM and CIO Enterprise business documents and records in line with NRO directives, instructions, and policies Plan, coordinate, and execute activities and events in support of Office, Group, Directorate, and/or Chief Information Officer (CIO) needs and requirements Coordinates projects; develops system for data collection, reporting criteria and records; research and compiles statistics and data for projects Assist in writing narratives for reports Monitors project timeline; tracks document submissions; creates, monitors and maintains audit files Identifies, communicates and resolves risks Identifies and resolves issues to eliminate or mitigate the occurrence of consequences that may impact the success of the project Provide program compliance, designs and implements procedures to fulfill project objectives and criteria Prepare memorandums; works with agencies to resolve concerns and issues Continuity of Operations support to include: Advising the Government on continuity and emergency response approaches Evaluating and providing recommendations on continuity and emergency response approaches against standards, policies, and exercise performance objectives Develop and maintain continuity, resilience, exercise, and war game plans/procedures, exercising and testing the plans/procedures for risks, issues, and opportunities Develop reports, operational briefings, and/or recommendations to mitigate or capitalize on continuity, resilience, exercise, war game activities, and outcomes Coordinate and incorporate Office, Group, Directorate, and/or Chief Information Officer (CIO) stakeholders in the execution of continuity, resilience, exercise, and war game activities Qualifications Required: BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5 Must possess and have the ability to maintain an Active Top Secret / SCI w/Poly Clearance  Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, communications or related Director’s Action Group (DAG) experience Experience with Strategic Communications, Speech/Presentation/Memo/Article writing, Messaging and/or Marketing Demonstrated experience providing administration support services involving data review, reporting, project coordination, budget review, and other related duties in support of the Project/Program Manager Able to provide support to the Project/Program Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring projects through its life cycle Outstanding customer intimacy skills; ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams as well as to interface effectively with personnel at all levels of government  A commitment to quality, accuracy, continuous improvement, timeliness, and be detailed oriented  Experience managing the status of action items and metrics while tracking contract performance Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks concurrently  Outstanding communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical audiences Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills  Demonstrated judgment, initiative, and critical thinking to execute mission objectives  Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment The ability to travel as necessary to satisfy assigned tasks  Be comfortable and flexible with executing additional duties as assigned  Desired: Extensive experience working in a technical and Front Office-government/federal/IC environment Advanced degrees or certifications in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics   Experience designing, researching and developing highly advanced applications, which may result in new product/business opportunities for the company  Ability to develop or identify technical solutions to complex problems Can evaluate and monitor the performance and efficiency of programs to ensure that program implementation is on target EEO Statement EEO Arcfield proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
