Overview:
Based in Northern, VA, Axiologic Solutions LLC has opportunities for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. We are currently seeking a Program Manager to support our government client to coordinate multiple projects and reconciling the interdependencies among them, assist with providing strategic guidance to the clients program’s cross-functional team.
Responsibilities:
Lead in assisting the government with enterprise planning, strategy, architecture and governance requirements.· Provide strategic communications support and advice in areas that will enable engagement, practices, and processes by which current and future workforce capabilities can be assessed.
· Facilitate active stakeholder engagement that drives development for strategic planning, regular communication, providing clear and consistent updates on the planning process and progress, collaboration facilitating discussions to ensure the strategic plan aligns with the capabilities of the enterprise management engineering and technical support teams.
· Assist the government performing its quality assurance process throughout the enterprise.
· Assist the government establishing goals and target, monitoring performance, reporting performance criteria.
· Knowledge and understanding of ITIL processes to include Knowledge, Service Catalog.
· Assist client with Problem, Incident, Change Management, Service Asset and Configuration Management
· Assist the government to establish measure performance metrics to monitor outcomes for performance management goals.
· Capture current agency processes and workflows, assist with revision for documentation to reflect the integration of Service Central components.
· Complete Executive Process Briefs for each module/process area assist in Maintaining an integrated process map of agency Business Services.
· Execute IT engineering planning that supports IT integration with data, communications, infrastructure, systems, and storage.
· Support IT engineering services for infrastructure, applications, tier III and Special Access Programs (SAPs)
· Support the administrative, logistical and management functions of the JWICS program, to include evaluating strategies, resources, configuration management, recommending decision criteria, prioritization, risk management, facilitating TEMs, manage all documentation, scheduling and budget portfolio management.
· Support the Cybersecurity and Information Assurance (IA) activities, employing IA best practices, analysis, testing, validation and verification for certification and accreditation at the program and project level.
Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI security clearance with ability to pass CI Poly.Must have at least 12 years’ experience with 15 years in program management consulting or related field.Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or experience with and or Master's degree or advanced training in information technology.· Must have a working knowledge with the Service Central/Service Now, and engage stakeholders for discussion with requirements and catalogue items.
Desired:
· Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent certification preferred.
· Working knowledge of MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Project (including EPM), SharePoint, Visio.
· Working knowledge of Atlassian Confluence and Jira.
· Have excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
· Strong customer service orientation.
· Excellent creative problem-solving skills.
Travel Requirements:
· Travel may be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements.
Level of Responsibility:
Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs.
Reporting Chain:
· This position reports directly to Axiologic Solutions’ assigned Task Order Lead.
Level of Supervision Required:
The supervisor sets the overall objectives and resources available. The employee plans and carries out the assignment resolves most of the conflicts, coordinates work with others and interpret policy on own initiative. The employee keeps the supervisor informed of progress, potentially controversial matters, or far-reaching implications.
Work Environment:
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate within a team environment.
· Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to move between sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent basis.
· This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Salary Range: $160k - $180k
