**About the Team**
At Uber, we reimagine the way the world moves for the better. There are a lot of operations and technologies that enable this mission and Uber’s GSS (Global Scaled Solutions) org leads several of those capabilities such as localization/internationalization, data annotation for AI/ML innovation, testing, map editing, digitization programs and more. We have built industry leading tech and ops muscle for the same and are now externalizing these offerings.
Our goal is to establish a dedicated and highly specialized commercial team, facilitating the expansion of our services to cater to large, medium-sized and SMB enterprises. This endeavor is aimed at the company priority “Seed the Future” with incubation of a new business line within Uber.
**About the Role**
This role is designed for a highly adaptable, self-starter who is excited about managing and executing marketing campaigns from A to Z. You’ll play a key role in driving Uber AI Solution's marketing efforts, working across multiple marketing channels and projects to create impactful campaigns that align with business goals and drive growth. As a Marketing & Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success to ensure the alignment of all initiatives with broader business objectives.
In this cross-functional role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, events, content, and outreach programs aimed at enhancing our brand visibility and generating high-quality leads. **Key Responsibilities:**
01. **Campaign Management**:
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and events to drive awareness, lead generation, and engagement.
- Oversee marketing initiatives from concept through execution across various channels, including digital, social, email, events, and more.
- Create detailed project timelines, track progress, and ensure campaigns meet deadlines and are delivered on budget.
03. **Content Strategy & Creation**:
- Develop content strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Drive the creation and delivery of high-quality content for various formats such as blog posts, social media updates, case studies, white papers, webinars, and email campaigns.
05. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, lead generation efforts, and go-to-market strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related initiatives, coordinating efforts across different departments to ensure smooth project execution and alignment on business objectives.
07. **Digital & Social Media Marketing**:
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO and social media.
- Develop social media strategies that build brand awareness and engage the AI/ML and tech communities.
- Analyze performance metrics to continually optimize campaigns and tactics.
09. **Event Planning & Execution**:
- Coordinate and manage online and offline events, such as webinars, industry conferences, AI meetups, and user groups, to engage potential customers and promote Uber’s capabilities.
- Ensure post-event follow-ups and lead nurturing to convert engagement into opportunities.
- Handle all event logistics, from planning and speaker coordination to attendee engagement and post-event follow-up to ensure lead nurturing.
11. **Account Based Marketing:**
- Design targeted strategies to identify and convert key accounts into qualified leads, guiding them through the funnel
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop personalized nurturing programs that engage high-value accounts, progressively moving them closer to becoming customers.
13. **Analytics & Reporting**:
- Measure and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and customer engagement to track ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on campaign performance and business impact.
15. **Customer & Market Insights**:
- Research and understand customer pain points, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Work with the sales team to capture insights from prospects and customers to continuously refine messaging and strategies.
**Basic Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management (B2B marketing, Sales Enabalement and or relatable field)
- Experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and or SEO(search engine optimization) / SEM(search engine marketing)
- Bachelor’s degree
**Preferred Qualifications**
- 6+ years of experience in B2B AI / Tech marketing
- Experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and cross-functional teams is a must
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong writing and communication skills to develop content for various channels and collaborate with stakeholders
- Experience in Data Labeling / Annotation
- Proficient in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- Familiarity with AI/ML, data science, and technology industries is a plus
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$155,000 per year - USD$172,000 per year.

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber’s cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office. For certain roles, such as those based at green-light hubs, employees are expected to be in-office for 100% of their time.
