Duties include:
- Perform business analysis and programmatic activities for a program.
- Provide electronic systems resources to the Business Management Team.
- Develop and track budgets.
- Manpower forecasting.
- Identify Risks/Opportunities
- Earned Value computation for a variety of funding sources.
- Proposal Management activities.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly Estimate to Complete/Estimate at Completion (ETC/EAC) updates.
- Participate in sales forecasts and monthly analysis of actuals.
- Interface with program and estimating group for proposal activity.
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office suite of software tools.
- Understanding of basic financial concepts such as cost accumulation, profit and loss calculations, financial statements.
- Experience with public speaking and excellent communication skills
- Experience with working on a team or group project
- Quick learner with aptitude for various systems and processes
-Immediate Start.
Desired Skills:
- Prior related internship or college work experience program.
- Prior work experience in any field, demonstrating success in the workforce.
- Ability and desire to collaborate both virtually and in office on a weekly basis.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with limited direction from management.
- Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process-oriented, structured problem solver
- Ability to build relationships and interact with external customers
- Robust data acumen and familiarity with modern data, reporting, and automation tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, etc)
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Accounting
- Ability to obtain a secret security clearance

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
