Position Summary:

Coordinate all aspects of the assigned program through knowledge of the strategic plan goals and by providing administrative leadership in planning, organizing and implementing programs.

Coordinates departmental activitiesSecures confidential information (electronic or hardcopy) and Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.Receive and respond to all requests for information regarding program.Assists the program to coordinate meetings, projects, trainingsCommunicates information regarding conferences, events, and meetings in a timely mannerMaintain and develop policies and procedures within the departmentPrepare official correspondence for programMaintain database if necessary
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Education and Licensure:

Associate's DegreeTwo (2) years of related work experience

Minimum Experience:

Knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and verbal communications skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsProven ability to organize activities and events, set priorities, and make good judgment decisions in a professional and business environment
