Responsibilities

The therapist will utilize their expertise to follow the established plan of care and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals. As a Program Coordinator, responsibilities include coordinating staffing and daily scheduling to meet productivity targets under the direction of a Regional Supervisor. Additional duties include attending Medicare meetings, collaborating with facility staff, maintaining a safe therapy gym, and coordinating end-of-month billing with the home office.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited therapy program and hold an active therapy license in the state of practice.Responsibilities must be performed in compliance with Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all state and federal regulations.A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience is required.

 

Preferred Qualifications:
