As\na Program Controls Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial\nrole in managing and overseeing various aspects of program controls for our\naerospace projects. You will be responsible for activities such as scheduling,\ncost management, risk assessment, and reporting. Your expertise in program\ncontrols will contribute to the successful execution of our projects and ensure\ntheir timely completion.
You will report directly to our Program Controls Manager, and you'll work out of\nour Clearwater, FL location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our aerospace\nprojects by providing accurate and timely program controls support. You will\ncollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and\ncompliance with project management standards and best practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement project\nplanning and scheduling strategies
• Monitor and control project costs and\nbudgets
• Identify and mitigate project risks\nand issues
• Analyze project performance metrics\nand provide insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional\nteams to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with project management\nstandards and best practices
