Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Communications Specialist to join our team. This role will be pivotal in creating and coordinating internal and external announcements for the Order Express to Vantus™ HQ migration, customizing communications for impacted groups, and partnering closely with the marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing content for various internal and external channels, curate feature stories, develop support documentation, and support key internal meetings.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Communications Specialist to join our team. This role will be pivotal in creating and coordinating internal and external announcements for the Order Express to Vantus™ HQ migration, customizing communications for impacted groups, and partnering closely with the marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing content for various internal and external channels, curate feature stories, develop support documentation, and support key internal meetings.

Responsibilities

Manages small to medium size projects. Some of them include day to day project management, problem solving, conflict resolution, communication management, stakeholder management, etc.Create and coordinate internal and external announcements for the Order Express to Vantus™ HQ migration, customizing messages for different groups and partnering with the VHQ marketing team.Assist in creating and managing content for internal channels, including the intranet, internal newsletter, Service Center, and ISF portal.Curate feature stories and develop support documentation as needed.Develop content and provide support for key internal meetings, including town hall meetings, leadership meetings, and National Sales Meetings.Develop internal content to support the roll-out of strategic business initiatives.Assist other Implementation Teams in creating pre- and post-go-live scorecards and KPIsProvide support for Vantus™ HQ hypercare.Review customer feedback from feedback forms to identify areas of opportunity and make necessary changes to gather specific feedback.Assist in creating customer onboarding content, including new tips and tricks.

Qualifications

4-8 years of experience, preferredBachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

Anticipated salary range: $79,700 - $113,800
