Job Summary
Responsible for the oversight and execution of programming, activities, and special events that will enhance the Girl Scout experience in New Mexico. Responsible for the development of innovative strategies, and effective services for supporting girl membership. Works in close partnership with other operational and organizational functions to support organizational mission, goals, and strategic priorities.
Job Qualifications
*Bachelor's or higher or equivalent experience with four years of directly related work experience, and at lease two years of managerial experience.
*Previous experience leading volunteers is required.
*Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; including public speaking.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office including word, spreadsheets, Outlook and database programs.
*Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, multi-task, meet deadlines, and take initiative.
