Responsibilities Provide technical advice on the Army's Force Management process and policies. Develop policies, procedures and guidance for planning and implementing programs. Oversees the force structure, stationing, and conversion actions for assigned units. Analyzes and evaluates Army Campaign Plan changes. Host and facilitate Army level meetings, set up video teleconferences, preparing briefings, and distribute slides.
