Program Analyst (ARFORGEN Integrator)
Summary About the Position: Fort Liberty is known as the "Home of the Airborne and Special Operations Forces." It is a culturally diverse area with both rural and city populations and is co-located at Fayetteville, NC. It is centrally located just hours away from the beautiful beaches of North Carolina and the scenic Blue Ridge and Smoky Mountains. Fayetteville Regional Airport is located 12 miles outside of Fort Liberty 's gates and Raleigh-Durham International Airport is 70 miles away. Responsibilities Provide technical advice on the Army's Force Management process and policies. Develop policies, procedures and guidance for planning and implementing programs. Oversees the force structure, stationing, and conversion actions for assigned units. Analyzes and evaluates Army Campaign Plan changes. Host and facilitate Army level meetings, set up video teleconferences, preparing briefings, and distribute slides. Developing, analyzing and synchronizing operational planning processes; 2. Experience in manning, equipping, training, and resourcing solutions and 3. Provides technical advice and recommendations on operational and readiness matters affecting assigned units. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Oral Communication Organizational Performance Analysis Technical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
